FOOD SUPPLY for DEPRIVED AREAS OF DISTRICT RAWALPINDI – IFTAAR PROGRAM TO SERVE NEEDY PEOPLE – HOST THE GOD’s GUESTS

Please donate generously – Many are still waiting

By The Grace of Almighty ALLAH and sponsorship of The Lady Fatemah Charitable Trust (LFCT) UK, Madinatul Ilm Charitable Trust (MICT) Pakistan has successfully distributed in remote areas of district Rawalpindi and Islamabad consisting of  800 families of Pakistan.

Madinatul Ilm Charitable Trust (MICT) in keeping with its previous support for individuals in need of food through the holy month of ‘Ramadan’ would like to appeal for s

upport from Lady Fatemah Charitable Trust (LFCT) to extend generous support for this holy and worthwhile cause. As always, this is a month devoted to prayers, fasting and seeking forgiveness. A gesture which provides them food support during Ramadan can go a long way in facilitating their most important fundamental needs. Furthermore, this years’ untimely rainfall and pockets of hailstorms have deprived many households of their wheat crop. Consequently, already malnourished communities are likely to suffer even more so than before. Our hope is to place food on empty tables in deprived households so that our fellow human beings can go through ‘Ramadan’ without empty stomachs.

At MICT, through the generous support of Lady Fatemah Trust, we intend to arrange food packages to be delivered prior to the Holy Month of Ramadan.  This program has been an on-going project for many years. The food packs are meant to be delivered to 800 families comprising 5435 individuals. The recipients of these packages include the elderly, widows, orphans, single mothers as well as other helpless poverty stricken individuals all around Rawalpindi and Capital Territory Islamabad.
